Captured In Time Productions, LLC is a visual communications company that fuses the principles and techniques of journalism, photography and film to 'capture' and tell compelling stories. The company was established in the island nation of Jamaica in 2007, by Chief Creative Officer: Halthea Hill-Latty, who holds a Bachelors of Arts in Broadcast Television and a Masters of Fine Arts in Film and Digital Production.

Halthea began her career in broadcast journalism as a Television Writer, Producer and Presenter and thrived producing news stories human interest features however she wanted more artistic range and to pursue more independent projects, so she established Captured In Time Productions, allowing her to serve individuals and also freelance for media houses. 

After relocating to Georgia in 2013, Captured In Time Productions, LLC was registered in the Peach State. The company is based in Gwinnett County but we serve the metro Atlanta area, Augusta, Florida and our loyal customers in Jamaica.

We strive to put our personal touch on every project and to deliver professionalism and quality products to our client. With that in mind we employ consultants who are professionally trained in Photography or visual media. Our clients have included: UNICEF Jamaica, The Food Well Alliance, National Association of Women Owned Small Businesses, Founding Member of the John Maxwell Team: Sheri Riley, SKJ Transportation Services and many individuals who want to have well produced visual content. We are members of the Georgia Production Partnership, Independent Ladies Club and Cornerstone at Novalogic.

Halthea is also a dedicated wife, mother, sister and loyal friend who enjoys: Cooking, Planning and Hosting 'Get Togethers' (her bestie calls her 'The Glue'), Climbing Stone Mountain and volunteering.
